Agile project management is as radically different from traditional project management as agile processes are different from traditional methodologies. Rather than plan, instruct and direct, the agile project manager facilitates, coaches and leads. This person, called a ScrumMaster, is responsible for the proper execution of Scrum.

This two-day workshop covers the Scrum framework, roles, meetings, and scaling. Through a mix of theoretical explanation, problem exploration and practical exercises, participants are trained to be able to assume the following responsibilities:
