The focus of this course is specific to the information technology field encompassing all areas of IT project management. From the opening morning, you’ll get hands-on experience, practicing your skills in developing and confirming project scope, building project requirements and developing and interpreting network diagrams. You’ll learn a sound, logical framework for creating project schedules and controlling project activities.
