This course provides the participant with a full understanding of project risk management. The participant will work through the proactive approach to risk management to cover risk identification, risk quantification and risk response development. The participant will learn how to evaluate and respond to risk at the project and task level. You will be provided with practices and insights to the importance of applying risk management in your projects.
