All course fees are due before the first day of your course. For your convenience we accept payment by credit card or cheque. An invoice and receipt of payment will be provided to you on the first day of your course.
If you are unable to attend a course that you have registered for, substitute attendees will be accepted with at least two-days written notice. You can make substitutions at any time prior to the start of class.
If you cannot attend then you may cancel your reservation by providing SPC Springboard with written notice by fax to (604) 689-0141 or by email at email@example.com no later than 10 business days prior to the start date of the course.
If a cancellation request is received in writing, less than 10 business days prior to the class start date, payment will still be due and no refunds will be issued. However you can apply your paid course fee to the same course or one of equal of greater value for a period of 1 year from the original course start date minus a $100 administrative fee.
If you fail to attend the course without having provided us written notification via fax or email prior to the start of the course you will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
If SPC SpringBoard is forced to cancel a course for any reason, our liability is limited to the course registration fee only.
